Resulting publications were used for regulatory approval of the Laser and today there are over 10,000 hospitals all over the world using this laser. Published this pioneering work in British Journal of Urology - "Application of Holmium: YAG Laser in Urology" in 1995.
2 Androgen Receptor Gene Research: Research work to look at the role of Androgen receptor gene in prostate cancer among south Indian men with department of genetics at Sri Ramachandra Medical College Hospital. First such work in the country.
